Product Discount Eligibility
Docudesk provides volume discounts on all of its products to any business. You may also be eligible for an additional discount if you are a non-profit organization, government, or educational institution. Please review our eligibility requirements below to determine if you qualify.

Educational/Academic Discount Eligibility Qualifications:
We offer educational/academic pricing to students, teachers, faculty members employed with or attending an accredited public or private grade school, college, or university. 

Proof of eligibility can be established through providing sending us an email from an .edu domain or through faxing or emailing us a picture of your valid student or faculty ID or another form of identification.  A relationship to the credit card and/or shipping address must be able to be verified.  If you are purchasing via a purchase order, eligibility can be verified by sending purchase order on letterhead confirming that an educational entity is the purchaser with a request for a educational discount.

If purchasing online via credit card, you must contact us for information on how to receive the discount.

Government Discount Eligibility Qualifications:
Federal, state, local government, and military entities are all eligible for product discounts. 

Eligibility can be verified by contacting us with a return email address with either .mil or .gov.  Once received we will respond to that address with the discount code.  Alternatively a valid military ID can be faxed to us with a request for the discount code.  If the order is placed via a purchase order, the eligibility can be verified by faxing the purchase order on government issued letterhead.

Non-profit Discount Eligibility Qualifications:

Certain non-profit, tax-exempt, and charitable organizations are eligible for Docudesk product discounts. 

Eligibility can be verified by contacting us with a brief overview of your organizations function.  Once received we will review and respond with the discount code.  Not all non-profit organizations are eligible for product discounts.  Eligibility will be determined soley by Docudesk.

Volume Discounts

All customers are eligible for our volume discounts.  The Docudesk Store lists our volume discounts for up to 100 licenses and our volume pricing page shows pricing for up to 1000 licenses.  If you are interested in our discounts for quantities greater than this or want to inquire about any current promotions, please contact us. If you are a returning customer, you have 90 days to place an order to realize any discounts from quantities purchased on the previous order.
