Changes in Office 2007

The visual appearance is the most apparent change to Office 2007, but Microsoft has also increased the macro secruity which requires validation of all macros, including the deskPDF toolbar.

deskPDF will work as a virtual printer whether the macro is validated or not, but the following screenshots show the steps required to make deskPDF a trusted macro.

Note: The deskPDF Toolbar is only available in deskPDF Professional.

Validating the deskPDF Macro as a Trusted Source:

Step 1: Click the Security Warning Option

Step 2: Select the "Trust all Documents" radio button

Step 3: View the deskPDF Toolbar in the Add-Ins Tab
